Havana of course is a must, I suggest a Casa particular and stay a couple of days, or a week. Relax at the Ingleterra Hotel's terrace, and enjoy the mojitos and the music. Also Parque Central's top floor has great views. Almaceres market to buy paintings and other souvenirs on the last day...Malecon at sunset. Pinar and Vinales Valley (UNESCO): Finca Alejandro Robaina 1919-2010 (the dean of the cigar industry), Cueva del Indio river cave, Santa Clara: Che Guevara Mausoleum, Armored Car. Cienfuegos (UNESCO): Colonial-era buildings in historical downtown.Trinidad (UNESCO): Plaza Major, cobble stone streets among grand colorful colonial buildings. Camaguey many plazas and churches (UNESCO), maybe the best is Plaza San Juan de Dios.
