Highlights:

Iraq National Museum in Baghdad, Babylon (UNESCO) archaeological site. Arch of Ctesiphon, a landmark in the history of architecture, very impressive indeed. At Tar caves, they can be climbed. Old Palace of Saddam. Ukhaidar Fortress. Karbala Imam Husayn Shrine and Al Abbas mosque, House of Imam Ali in Kufa, Najaf Wadi al Salam cemetery, Imam Ali mosque, Al Hannanah mosque. Uruk and Ur (UNESCO Ahwar of Southern Iraq) ancient cities, combined with wetland marsh areas in the delta of Tigris/Euphrates rivers. Samarra Malaya Mosque and Tower UNESCO, Tempel of Hatra UNESCO, Temple of Ashur UNESCO, Citadel of Erbil UNESCO.
