Highlights:

Nouakchott Fish port with the colorful boats, National Museum, Camel Market, Banc d'Arguin Bird Park UNESCO, Chinguetti Old town UNESCO, Ouadane Old Town UNESCO, Atar Touezekt museum, Zouérat Mine (needs permit to visit), but the real highlight is the 16 hours long ride on the Iron Ore train to Nouadhibou, visit the Cap Blanc with the light house and great vistas.
