Robben Island UNESCO where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned. Boulder's Beach with a large resident Pinguin colony. Cape of Good Hope with incredible vistas. Misty Cliffs Pretoria also called Jacaranda City because of its many purple colored Jacaranda trees, Historical buildings, Sun City-the lost City. Mapungubwe National Park UNESCO. Port Elizabeth with a bit of history, Jeffreys Bay the Surferparadise, Bloukrans River bridge with bungee jumping, Plettenberg Bay, Knysna with incredible views, Elephant park, Dolpin spotting boat trips, Robberg Nature Reserve for the seal colonies, Wilderness National Park near George, Dolphin point for the view. Oudtshoorn the ostrich capital with many farms to visit, nearby are the fairy-tale Cango Caves. Mossel Bay with miles of unspoilt beaches, Santos Express Train Lodge, Dias museum. Cape Agulhas, the southernmost point of Africa, complete with a nice lighthouse. Picturesque Waenhuiskrans/Arniston with its 100 year old restored fishers village. Kimberley with its rich mining past, the Big Hole and old mining town, Mc Gregor museum. Durban with its cosmopolitan vibe on the sea, Ushaka Marine World, Durban beach, Victoria Street markets. iSimangaliso Wetland Park UNESCO with hippos and Jabula beach.
